Customer Registration & Authentication
To place orders and manage delivery addresses, customers must register with an authentic Indian mobile phone number verified via One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account actions. Any activity occurring under your registered number will be considered authorized by you.
Authentic Sizing & Natural Variance
Sri Poojitha dry fruits are 100% natural agricultural products. While we adhere to precise net weight standards (250g, 500g, 1000g), natural variations in kernel size, color shades, and seasonal harvest texture may occur. All product images are genuine representations of our harvest grades.
Order Confirmation & Payment Processing
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable goods and service taxes (GST). We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products based on market seasonal availability. Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateway partner Razorpay (supporting UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking).
Perishable Goods & Quality Claims
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, dry fruits and edible confectioneries cannot be returned once the protective vacuum seal is opened, except in verified cases of transit damage or wrong item fulfillment. Any claim must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
